A continuaci\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1s la forma correcta de trabajar la mostaza para minimizar la variaci\u00f3n de sabor y maximizar la vida \u00fatil.  <\/p>\n<h3>Paso 1<\/h3>\n<p>Mezcla siempre los polvos secos de mostaza con agua, a temperatura ambiente, hasta obtener una pasta espesa. Deja reposar durante 10 minutos, para que se desarrolle completamente el calor y el sabor. Este paso es fundamental para que se desarrolle completamente el sabor y el calor deseados.  <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Una excepci\u00f3n a la regla:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la fabricaci\u00f3n de una <a href=\"https:\/\/gsdunn.com\/es\/recetas-del-fabricante\/mostaza-amarilla-preparada-estilo-perrito-caliente\/\">mostaza t\u00edpica al estilo \u00abHot Dog\u00bb<\/a>, se suele ignorar la preparaci\u00f3n de una pasta de mostaza (Paso 1). La semilla entera, triturada o molida, se a\u00f1ade directamente a una salmuera de vinagre, y luego se procesa. <\/p>\n<h3>Paso 2<\/h3>\n<p>A\u00f1ade sal y\/o vinagre a esta pasta, mezclando bien. Esto garantizar\u00e1 que se conserven el calor y el sabor desarrollados en el paso 1.
